If you'd like to handle the entire marriage registration and payment process yourself, but need an official registrar, we'll be happy to conduct your online wedding ceremony!

We, Lisa and Vadim, are official Wedding Officiants, authorized to conduct online wedding ceremonies in the state of Utah, USA, and sign your marriage certificate.
What is required from you?
- Valid Marriage License;
- Two adult witnesses (we can provide them);
- Your presence and that of your witnesses at the online wedding ceremony (with your documents).
What is not included in the service?
- Assistance in registration and payment of Marriage License;
- Preparation of a package of documents (marriage certificate, apostille);
- Organizing delivery of documents to your country.

Procedure
After registration and acquisition of Marriage License
- Contact us to confirm the date and time of the ceremony.
- Click "Book a ceremony", fill out the form and make payment
- Enter our E-mail (livami.marriage@gmail.com) on the office website in the selected registrar field
- Get a Zoom conference link with brief instructions for your online wedding ceremony.
Witness Provision Service
If you can't find anyone in your social circle to serve as witnesses, or if you prefer to keep your online wedding confidential, we can provide one or two adult witnesses for your ceremony. The cost of this service is:
- 1 witness – $25
- 2 witnesses – $50
