Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of service purchased and the stage of completion.


1. General Policy

By purchasing any service from LIVAMI Marriage Service, you acknowledge and agree that our services are time-based, administrative, and may involve third-party government fees and processing.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted partially or in full at the sole discretion of LIVAMI Marriage Service.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

If the service has been fully performed, including but not limited to:

  • completion of the marriage ceremony
  • issuance and/or delivery of marriage certificates
  • apostille processing and document handling

If the service has been substantially or fully performed, even if the Client has not used or completed their intended purpose. No refunds are issued once any core deliverable has been provided or released to the Client. Services are considered fully delivered regardless of whether the Client uses or benefits from the outcome. Refunds are not granted based on subjective expectations, personal outcomes, or perceived value of the service after completion.

If the client's country does not recognize the marriage or requires additional legalization steps.

If the client changes their mind after the service has been performed or initiated.

If the client fails to follow instructions, provides incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or false information (whether intentionally or unintentionally), or misses deadlines (including expiration of the marriage license). Errors made by the Client, including misunderstanding instructions or providing incorrect data, are solely the Client's responsibility and do not qualify for refunds.

If the Client provides fraudulent, altered, or inaccurate documentation or misrepresents any legally relevant information, this may result in immediate service termination without refund eligibility.

No refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated, including administrative work, communication with the Client, document preparation, or scheduling of services. Refund eligibility and classification of service completion are determined solely at the discretion of LIVAMI Marriage Service.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, service initiation, partial performance, and delivery are considered sequential stages of service fulfillment, each of which may independently affect refund eligibility.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if the service has been started but not fully completed.

In such cases, LIVAMI Marriage Service reserves the right to deduct costs already incurred, including but not limited to:

  • government fees (including marriage license fees)
  • document processing and preparation
  • shipping and courier services
  • apostille services
  • administrative work and time spent
  • consultation or pre-service communication work
  • payment processing fees

All refunds, whether partial or full, are processed in United States Dollars (USD), regardless of the currency used by the Client at the time of payment.

The Client acknowledges that international payments may be subject to currency conversion rates, bank fees, or payment provider fees applied by their financial institution or card issuer.

LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible for any differences between the original charged amount and the refunded amount in the Client's local currency, including but not limited to exchange rate fluctuations, conversion fees, or processing fees applied by third parties.

Refunds are issued strictly in USD for the approved amount, and the final amount received by the Client may vary depending on their payment provider or bank. The Client agrees that only the USD refund amount issued by LIVAMI Marriage Service is binding and final.


4. Processing Fees

All payment processing fees (including but not limited to fees charged by payment providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay processors, or similar services) are non-refundable.


5. Scope of Services and Legalization

LIVAMI Marriage Service provides services exclusively within the jurisdiction of the United States (State of Utah).

We do not provide legalization services outside the United States and do not guarantee recognition of the marriage in any specific country.

Inability to legalize or recognize the marriage in a client's country does not qualify for a refund, as the contracted services are considered fulfilled once the agreed scope of work has been completed.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying legal requirements and recognition rules in their country before purchasing services.


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Good Faith Resolution

LIVAMI Marriage Service aims to provide fair and reasonable solutions in case of issues.

In situations where services have not been provided or cannot be completed due to our fault, refunds may be issued accordingly.

We encourage clients to contact us first before escalating any issue externally.


8. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and for following all instructions provided by LIVAMI Marriage Service.

Failure to do so may affect eligibility for refunds, service completion, or result in delays or cancellation of services.

The Client agrees to contact LIVAMI Marriage Service directly in the first instance regarding any questions, concerns, or refund requests before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or third-party claim.

We must be given a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue prior to any external escalation.


9. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to contact LIVAMI Marriage Service first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in restriction of future services.


10. Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain payments may be considered non-refundable deposits due to the immediate allocation of resources, administrative work, reservation of time, or initiation of service preparation.


11. Service Completion Definition

A service is considered completed once the agreed scope of work has been fulfilled by LIVAMI Marriage Service, regardless of the Client's personal outcome, external recognition, or intended use of the service.


12. Severability and Fair Use

If any part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

LIVAMI Marriage Service reserves the right to interpret and apply this Refund Policy in good faith to prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of services.
