LIVAMI Marriage Service (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d) provides services related to marriage registration in <strong>Utah, USA<\/strong>, including online ceremonies, document packages, and combined service packages (\u201cservices\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a02. <strong>All ceremonies are conducted by us within the State of Utah, in accordance with Utah state laws and regulations, including Utah County rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Regardless of the location of the couple, all marriages are legally performed within Utah.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 The date and time of the marriage ceremony are determined based on <strong>Utah local time (Mountain Time Zone)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a04. <b>Binding Agreement and Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">By placing an order and\/or completing payment for any services provided by <span class=\"s1\"><b>LIVAMI Marriage Service<\/b><\/span>, you enter into a legally binding agreement with LIVAMI Marriage Service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These <span class=\"s1\"><b>Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/span> constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you (\u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) and LIVAMI Marriage Service regarding the services provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">checking the box labeled <span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cI have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the website\u201d<\/b><\/span> on the checkout page, where such checkbox is presented; and\/or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">placing an order and completing payment for the services, including payments made via <span class=\"s1\"><b>credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other supported payment method<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have <span class=\"s1\"><b>read, understood, and agreed<\/b><\/span> to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our <a href=\"https:\/\/livamimarriage.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Privacy Policy<\/b><\/span><\/a>, even in cases where the payment method used does not require or display a separate checkbox for acceptance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These Terms and Conditions apply regardless of the payment method used and are effective at the moment the order is placed and payment is successfully completed.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a01. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining a valid <strong>marriage license<\/strong> and choosing a ceremony date within <strong>32 days<\/strong> from the date of purchase license.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 LIVAMI Marriage Service is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> if the license expires due to client delay.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Any new license must be purchased at the client&#039;s expense, and service fees for rescheduled ceremonies are negotiated separately.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a02. Clients must provide a <strong>correct and complete delivery address<\/strong> for document packages.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 LIVAMI Marriage Service is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Additional shipping or handling fees due to incorrect client information are the client&#039;s responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. If the client <strong>fails to receive documents<\/strong> due to their own actions (eg, not present at the delivery location, lost documents, failed to track delivery), LIVAMI Marriage Service is <strong>not liable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Any re-issuance of documents and additional delivery costs are the client&#039;s responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a04. Clients ordering services assume responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including timely submission of required documents.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a05. The Client agrees and undertakes to provide only <b>true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information<\/b> required for the purposes of identity verification, obtaining a marriage license, conducting the marriage ceremony, and preparing any related documents.<\/p>\n<p>The Client confirms that they:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 will not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 will not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 will not misrepresent their identity, marital status, or any other legally relevant information;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Utah.<\/p>\n<p>LIVAMI Marriage Service <b>does not verify the legal authenticity of documents beyond standard procedural requirements<\/b> and relies on the information provided by the Client.<\/p>\n<p>LIVAMI Marriage Service <b>shall not be held responsible or liable<\/b> for any consequences, delays, refusals, invalidation of a marriage, legal issues, losses, or damages arising from:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 the Client&#039;s provision of incorrect, false, or misleading information;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 the Client&#039;s violation of applicable laws;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2022 the use of fraudulent or invalid documents by the Client.<\/p>\n<p>All responsibility for such violations and their consequences rests solely with the Client.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Service Packages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.1 Full Service Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Clients ordering a full service package receive the list of services specified on our website at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 We make all reasonable efforts to process and deliver documents promptly, but <strong>All timelines are approximate.<\/strong>. Delays may occur due to holidays, courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2 Document Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Clients ordering a document package receive only the documents selected.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Delivery address and total cost must be confirmed with us prior to processing.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3 Simplified Service Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 The simplified package <strong>does not include document preparation or delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4 Ceremony Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Ceremony services <strong>do not include the marriage license<\/strong> or the preparation and delivery of documents.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Clients are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license and ensuring all required documents are ordered in time.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a01. All payments are processed via secure payment providers (eg, Stripe).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a02. <strong>Payments that cannot be processed via Stripe may be conducted through alternative methods upon mutual agreement between the client and LIVAMI Marriage Service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. Refunds are <strong>possible<\/strong> but depend on circumstances and the type of service:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Refunds may be <strong>partial<\/strong> to account for expenses already incurred, including:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Document preparation<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Marriage license costs<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Delivery and courier fees<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Ceremony preparation and verification support<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Payment processing fees<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Other service-related costs<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a04. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. LIVAMI Marriage Service Obligations and Limitations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a01. We provide the services <strong>selected and paid for by the client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a02. <strong>We are not responsible for issues arising on the client&#039;s side<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. We conduct all ceremonies <strong>exclusively within the State of Utah<\/strong>, in accordance with <strong>US and Utah state laws<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a04. We do <strong>not engage in illegal activity<\/strong> or violate any laws.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 LIVAMI Marriage Service is <strong>not liable<\/strong> if a client provides false or fraudulent information, documents, or otherwise misleads us or government authorities.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a05. We make all reasonable efforts to process and deliver document packages efficiently, but timelines are <strong>approximate<\/strong> and may vary due to factors beyond our control (holidays, natural events, courier delays, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a06. <strong>Force Majeure:<\/strong> LIVAMI Marriage Service is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a01. LIVAMI Marriage Service is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Expired marriage licenses due to client delay<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered documents caused by the client<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Any additional costs incurred due to client errors<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a02. LIVAMI Marriage Service <strong>may provide a replacement service or documents at our discretion<\/strong> in case of courier damage or error, under the condition that the client was not at fault.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a03. Any client may be <strong>refused service<\/strong> at the sole discretion of LIVAMI Marriage Service without providing a reason.<\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. International Recognition and Legalization Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Online marriage ceremonies conducted by LIVAMI Marriage Service are fully legal and valid within the United States and are generally recognized in most countries worldwide, particularly in nations that are members of the Hague Convention.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 However, each country has its own legal requirements, and LIVAMI Marriage Service cannot guarantee recognition of a marriage in any specific country without additional verification by the client.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 LIVAMI Marriage Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice regarding international marriage recognition or document legalization outside the United States. We do not handle the legalization of documents in other countries and cannot know all local legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Our services are limited to conducting legal marriage ceremonies in the state of Utah and providing the associated documentation within the United States. International legalization is explicitly outside the scope of all our services, including but not limited to ceremony packages, full service packages, or document handling.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 In the event that a marriage cannot be legalized in a client&#039;s home country, no refund will be provided, as the services contracted (ceremony, documentation, apostille within the US) have been fully performed. LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible for the outcome of international legalization or recognition of the marriage outside the United States.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u2022 Clients are strongly encouraged to consult with their local authorities or qualified legal professionals regarding the recognition and legalization of marriages in their respective countries prior to booking services.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u2e3b<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
