Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Marriage Registration in Utah

Online marriage through Utah – what is it?

Online marriage through Utah is one of the few options in the world to officially register your marriage completely remotely, without visiting the United States. Unlike many intermediaries, we are licensed Utah registrars, authorized to personally conduct online wedding ceremonies and sign your marriage certificate, confirming your consent to marry. You only need to connect via video link on the appointed day/time, and on that day, you will receive a legal marriage certificate, valid in most countries. After the ceremony, we can also issue paper marriage certificates, apostilles, and arrange for prompt delivery of the documents to your country.

Yes, the entire process is completely online—from application to ceremony. You don't need to travel to the United States or visit any offices. Simply attend the video conference on the appointed day/time, and your marriage registration will be officially complete. Apostilles and certified copies of your marriage certificate are also processed online and delivered to your country.

Couples from many countries have contacted us, but we can't say exactly where they planned to legalize their marriage or how it happened. On our website, you can find information about the couples we've helped and learn about the countries where people are contacting us.

We do not legalize documents outside the United States and cannot guarantee that an online marriage will be accepted by government agencies in other countries for any purpose.

Yes, according to US law, all couples have the right to marry, regardless of religion, citizenship, or any other status. We are happy to perform ceremonies for all couples, without exception, and create a unique atmosphere of love and respect for each couple.
