Welcome to LIVAMI Marriage Service. By using our services, including online marriage registration, document packages, and ceremony services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

 1. LIVAMI Marriage Service (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides services related to marriage registration in Utah, USA, including online ceremonies, document packages, and combined service packages (“services”).

 2. All ceremonies are conducted by us within the State of Utah, in accordance with Utah state laws and regulations, including Utah County rules.

 • Regardless of the location of the couple, all marriages are legally performed within Utah.

 • The date and time of the marriage ceremony are determined based on Utah local time (Mountain Time Zone).

 3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

 4. Binding Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and/or completing payment for any services provided by LIVAMI Marriage Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with LIVAMI Marriage Service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and LIVAMI Marriage Service regarding the services provided.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions:

  • checking the box labeled “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the website” on the checkout page, where such checkbox is presented; and/or

  • placing an order and completing payment for the services, including payments made via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other supported payment method.

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, even in cases where the payment method used does not require or display a separate checkbox for acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions apply regardless of the payment method used and are effective at the moment the order is placed and payment is successfully completed.

2. Client Responsibilities

 1. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license and choosing a ceremony date within 32 days from the date of purchase license.

 • LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible if the license expires due to client delay.

 • Any new license must be purchased at the client's expense, and service fees for rescheduled ceremonies are negotiated separately.

 2. Clients must provide a correct and complete delivery address for document packages.

 • LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 • Additional shipping or handling fees due to incorrect client information are the client's responsibility.

 3. If the client fails to receive documents due to their own actions (eg, not present at the delivery location, lost documents, failed to track delivery), LIVAMI Marriage Service is not liable.

 • Any re-issuance of documents and additional delivery costs are the client's responsibility.

 4. Clients ordering services assume responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including timely submission of required documents.

 5. The Client agrees and undertakes to provide only true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the purposes of identity verification, obtaining a marriage license, conducting the marriage ceremony, and preparing any related documents.

The Client confirms that they:

 • will not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;

 • will not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents;

 • will not misrepresent their identity, marital status, or any other legally relevant information;

 • will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Utah.

LIVAMI Marriage Service does not verify the legal authenticity of documents beyond standard procedural requirements and relies on the information provided by the Client.

LIVAMI Marriage Service shall not be held responsible or liable for any consequences, delays, refusals, invalidation of a marriage, legal issues, losses, or damages arising from:

 • the Client's provision of incorrect, false, or misleading information;

 • the Client's violation of applicable laws;

 • the use of fraudulent or invalid documents by the Client.

All responsibility for such violations and their consequences rests solely with the Client.

3. Service Packages

3.1 Full Service Package

 • Clients ordering a full service package receive the list of services specified on our website at the time of purchase.

 • We make all reasonable efforts to process and deliver documents promptly, but All timelines are approximate.. Delays may occur due to holidays, courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 Document Package

 • Clients ordering a document package receive only the documents selected.

 • Delivery address and total cost must be confirmed with us prior to processing.

3.3 Simplified Service Package

 • The simplified package does not include document preparation or delivery.

3.4 Ceremony Service

 • Ceremony services do not include the marriage license or the preparation and delivery of documents.

 • Clients are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license and ensuring all required documents are ordered in time.

4. Payments

 1. All payments are processed via secure payment providers (eg, Stripe).

 2. Payments that cannot be processed via Stripe may be conducted through alternative methods upon mutual agreement between the client and LIVAMI Marriage Service.

 3. Refunds are possible but depend on circumstances and the type of service:

 • Refunds may be partial to account for expenses already incurred, including:

 • Document preparation

 • Marriage license costs

 • Delivery and courier fees

 • Ceremony preparation and verification support

 • Payment processing fees

 • Other service-related costs

 4. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. LIVAMI Marriage Service Obligations and Limitations

 1. We provide the services selected and paid for by the client.

 2. We are not responsible for issues arising on the client's side.

 3. We conduct all ceremonies exclusively within the State of Utah, in accordance with US and Utah state laws.

 4. We do not engage in illegal activity or violate any laws.

 • LIVAMI Marriage Service is not liable if a client provides false or fraudulent information, documents, or otherwise misleads us or government authorities.

 5. We make all reasonable efforts to process and deliver document packages efficiently, but timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (holidays, natural events, courier delays, etc.).

 6. Force Majeure: LIVAMI Marriage Service is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

6. Liability

 1. LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible for:

 • Expired marriage licenses due to client delay

 • Lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered documents caused by the client

 • Any additional costs incurred due to client errors

 2. LIVAMI Marriage Service may provide a replacement service or documents at our discretion in case of courier damage or error, under the condition that the client was not at fault.

 3. Any client may be refused service at the sole discretion of LIVAMI Marriage Service without providing a reason.

7. International Recognition and Legalization Disclaimer

 • Online marriage ceremonies conducted by LIVAMI Marriage Service are fully legal and valid within the United States and are generally recognized in most countries worldwide, particularly in nations that are members of the Hague Convention.

 • However, each country has its own legal requirements, and LIVAMI Marriage Service cannot guarantee recognition of a marriage in any specific country without additional verification by the client.

 • LIVAMI Marriage Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice regarding international marriage recognition or document legalization outside the United States. We do not handle the legalization of documents in other countries and cannot know all local legal requirements.

 • Our services are limited to conducting legal marriage ceremonies in the state of Utah and providing the associated documentation within the United States. International legalization is explicitly outside the scope of all our services, including but not limited to ceremony packages, full service packages, or document handling.

 • In the event that a marriage cannot be legalized in a client's home country, no refund will be provided, as the services contracted (ceremony, documentation, apostille within the US) have been fully performed. LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible for the outcome of international legalization or recognition of the marriage outside the United States.

 • Clients are strongly encouraged to consult with their local authorities or qualified legal professionals regarding the recognition and legalization of marriages in their respective countries prior to booking services.

8. Privacy and Data Use

 1. We collect personal information (name, email, address, phone) only for the purpose of providing our services.

 2. Your data is stored securely and used solely to process orders, conduct ceremonies, and communicate about services.

9. Changes to Services and Pricing

 • LIVAMI Marriage Service reserves the right to modify service packages, prices, and delivery timelines.

 • Prices and terms at the time of purchase apply to that specific order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

LIVAMI Marriage Service reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 • Clients will be notified of material changes on the website.

 • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Personal Data and Privacy

By using the services of LIVAMI Marriage Service, the Client agrees to the collection, use, processing, and storage of their personal data solely for the purposes of providing the requested services.

We may collect and process personal data including, but not limited to:

 • full name;

 • email address;

 • phone number;

 • country of residence;

 • identification details required for verification;

 • delivery address for documents (if applicable);

 • any other information voluntarily provided by the Client during the service process.

Personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

 • identity verification;

 • obtaining a marriage license;

 • conducting the marriage ceremony;

 • preparing, processing, and delivering documents;

 • communication with the Client;

 • compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

LIVAMI Marriage Service:

 • does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties;

 • shares personal data only when required to fulfill the service (eg government authorities, couriers, payment providers) or when required by law;

 • takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

The Client understands that certain data must be shared with third parties (such as government offices, registrars, courier services, or payment processors) in order to provide the services.

LIVAMI Marriage Service is not responsible for data handling practices of third-party services used as part of the service process, including but not limited to payment providers and courier companies.

By placing an order, the Client confirms their consent to the processing of personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions.

13. Miscellaneous

 • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between you and LIVAMI Marriage Service regarding the services provided.

 • Any additional agreements, arrangements, or communications made via email, chat, or other means do not override these Terms; the services are governed exclusively by this agreement.

 • Any failure by LIVAMI Marriage Service to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

 • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 • LIVAMI Marriage Service reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; clients are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
